<div><strong>Location  : Bangalore/Gurgaon</strong></div><div><br></div><div><span class="ql-cursor">﻿</span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This role is a combination of 60% of QA projects and 40 % of Instructional Design profile.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong><u>Roles and Responsibilities</u></strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understand the learning solution design and create effective training materials that map to the client’s business needs.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review course content for instructional design, content flow, learning effectiveness, language errors etc. to ensure high quality content is delivered for global audience</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exposure to testing eLearning products for SCORM on SCORM Cloud or SCORM testing tool such as SCORM Player;</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Closure and resolution of bugs with the development team</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and develop training material using a wide range of learning modalities including Instructor-led training, web-based training, virtual training, simulations, facilitator and participant guides.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, media teams and other identified stakeholders to support improvements to the learning material.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify various visualization elements to enhance the training material and support the Media/Graphics Design team by providing detailed visualization notes.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide support in developing standards and templates for the proposed learning solution.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform quality checks on the training deliverables to meet the standard quality benchmarks.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform overall testing of the product on LMS.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Log defects effectively in a proper tabulated manner and maintain the defect data.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong><u>Desired Candidate Profile</u></strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Education- Graduate/Post Graduate.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Professional Background – Desired B.E or B.Tech in CS/IT/EC.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2-6 years of experience in instructional design, content development with an understanding of training and design strategy.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in telecom industry or working in projects related to telecom.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge about networking elements, 5G, 4G, routers will be an added advantage.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise in industry standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate / Captivate / Lectora / Camtasia and SAP Enable Now / WalkMe etc. and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in working with global teams.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong><u>Key Competencies</u></strong></div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to write clear and measurable learning objectives.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to write content and assessment questions mapping to the learning objectives.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to visualize the training content to help retain information through visual clues and add value to the instruction.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to prioritize and manage the assigned tasks and meet the desired milestones.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>
