<div><strong>Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon</strong></div><div><br></div><div><span class="ql-cursor">﻿</span>Instructional Designer (Exp - 2 Years)</div><div> Develop courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.</div><div> Basic Qualification</div><div> • BE telecommunication engineering.</div><div> • 5+ years Instructional Design</div><div> • Able to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes-changing priorities</div><div> • Can conceptualize technical-functional content into something creative</div><div> • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models</div><div> • Proven working experience in instructional design and storyboarding in corporate learning domain</div><div> • Lesson and curriculum planning skills</div><div> • Experience with a wide range of modern elearning authoring tools.</div><div> • Good design, written communication, production, and teamwork skills</div><div> • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts.</div><div> • Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.</div><div> Key Responsibilities:</div><div> • Ensuring the session design and course collateral are in place by collaborating with the subject matter experts as well as trainers.</div><div> • Helping in making instructional videos, produce content, design program workflow and measure the effectiveness of the program.</div><div> • Restructuring raw content into concise and engaging eLearning modules whilst coordinating with Senior Associates and SMEs.</div><div> • Utilize various modern authoring tools to rapidly build enjoyable, positive learning experiences that are interactive, effective and technically functional</div><div> • Develop creative scripts for videos and engaging storyboards for e-learning modules (Courses, Videos, Simulations, , Scenarios, etc), ILTs</div><div> • Design and develop creative, learner-centred, performance-based training materials in multiple modalities including classroom, interactive eLearning modules,</div><div> videos, facilitator guides, and participant guides.</div><div> • Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis to evaluation.</div><div><br></div>
