Need to do BRM customization, writing custom policy opcodes, procedures and MTA applications to meet the customer’s requirements.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leading the functional requirements gathering, solutioning, developing technical specifications, project &amp; test planning.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Will be involved in interface with stakeholders for technical and domain level discussions and define the scope/requirements for the projects. Support significant technology initiatives end to end across multiple layers of architecture.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Acting in a technical leadership capacity, as a subject matter expert and as a role model: Mentoring fellow engineers, demonstrating technical expertise, and leading a small team solving complex or unchartered technical problems.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor work needs to be done within the projects in the team to ensure compliance with architectural vision, business requirements and standards.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent analytic, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-performance team. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams on complex project requirements with good oral and written communication.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing &amp; Maintaining design documentations &amp; source code &amp; its versioning.</div><div>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Should be ready to work in agile DevOps model where support would be required in operations, pricing, testing &amp; SCM/DevOps work.</div><div><br></div>
