Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Alert monitoring, perform health checks, trouble-shooting issues, perform escalation, managing bridge calls, perform root cause analysis and document knowledge articles</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Support web sites (application, Middleware &amp; infrastructure tiers) both within the organization and external at the hosting provider</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Applies middleware updates, patches, and configuration changes</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Responsible for adding, removing, or updating user account information, and resetting passwords, security and documenting the configuration of the system</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Participate in risk and security related activities</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">Qualifications:</strong></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• 5 years overall IT experience with at least 3 years' experience in application Middleware administration/support in technologies related to the web (Java, Tomcat, Apache, Unix etc.)</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Experience in supporting external customer facing websites</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Experience with tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, and understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile methodology</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Well-developed analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, including the ability to analyze complex situations</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills including strong facilitation and coordination skills</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(50, 54, 58);">• High level of initiative and ownership mentality</span></div><div><br></div>
