<div><strong>Job Description:</strong></div><div>• Monitors overall server health and Support application/product.</div><div>• Report incidents.</div><div>• Good Knowledge of Monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana etc.</div><div>• Creating incident tickets or service request tickets, logging all pertinent Information.</div><div>• Flexible to work 24x7.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>General Qualifications:</strong></div><div> Degree educated in Information Technology BE/ B. Tech/MCA., preferred</div><div> The candidate should have 1-3 years’ experience in handing server monitoring and system</div><div>health-check.</div><div> Good knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Redhat etc.).</div><div> Basic knowledge of Cloud infra like GCP, Azure and AWS.</div><div> Good experience of Monitoring system like Nagios, Grafana, GCP monitoring and well-versed</div><div>with its checks and configuration options.</div><div> Proactively report the issues to relevant stake holders.</div><div> Experience of Infrastructure &amp; Application Alert Monitoring</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Desired Characteristics</strong></div><div><br></div><div> Proactive and Highly motivated who can deliver independently while being a team player</div><div> Excellent communication &amp; learning skills</div>
