In</div><div>charge of the mechanical design for new electronics/mechatronics bricks</div><div>embedded in our new products.</div><div>An all-round team player, he/she uses knowledge of mechanical,</div><div>electromechanical, and mechatronic systems or products to lead engineering</div><div>project teams and to interface with cross functional peers for the development of</div><div>new offers or evolution of existing offers.</div><div>He/ She will work in a close collaboration with other Technical Designers, Product</div><div>Technical Leaders, and several entities such as Quality, Marketing, Purchasing,</div><div>Industrialization and Certification.</div><div>Responsibilities:</div><div> Identify and develop technical solutions with an innovative approach</div><div> Support future product concept development using appropriated simulation</div><div>tools and analyses.</div><div> Accountable of technical tasks within projects (quality improvement, small</div><div>adaptation for customer).</div><div> Contribute to the validation of product modification (definition, follow-up, and</div><div>review of laboratory tests)</div><div> Finalize technical documents and specifications for industrial implementation,</div><div>working closely with the manufacturing team</div><div> Be a member of the Board of Change on assigned range of product</div><div> Ensure Product Design File consistency and robustness in our Data</div><div>Management System.</div><div> Oversee development of the product definition file: 3D component modelling,</div><div>3D assembly creation, 2D drawing creation using GD&amp;amp;T, BOM creation, and</div><div>development of other specifications.</div><div> Ensure robustness of the technical support in terms of methodology, tests,</div><div>tools, documents.</div><div> Be part of our Agile transformation.</div><div><br></div><div>Job Description</div><div><br></div><div>Page | 2</div><div><br></div><div>Skill sets:</div><div>Basic skills:</div><div> Candidate Should have a minimum experience of 3-5 years in</div><div>Electromechanical / Mechatronic new product development with Agile mindset.</div><div> Basic Knowledge of Tooling and manufacturing process and different type of</div><div>materials.</div><div> Should have good knowledge on different Prototyping technologies</div><div> Ability to manage the design activities independently and exhibit the ownership</div><div>quality.</div><div>Core skills –</div><div> Should have a strong hold on the Creo-tool to design parts in Plastic/Sheet</div><div>metal.</div><div> Ability to identify the functional conditions in assemblies and do the tolerance</div><div>stack analysis</div><div> Should have very good knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning and</div><div>Tolerancing.</div><div><br></div><div>Preferred skills –</div><div> Having experience in LV panels.</div><div> Basic knowledge of mechatronic will be appreciated.</div>
