<ul><li>Conception and implementation of enterprise content management solutions based on AEM</li><li>Analysis of customer requirements and the creation of implementation concepts</li><li>Independent development and implementation of innovative ideas</li><li>Java-based development of release-capable AEM software components</li><li>Implementation of the supplied web frontend HTML templates in AEM JSP templates</li><li>Support of the product owner in the assessment of requirements with regard to AEM architecture, technologies, internal interfaces or connections to third-party systems</li><li>Perform hands-on technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required</li><li>Develop and support integrations, conversions, reports, workflow, and custom development.</li><li>Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/document technical gaps</li><li>Perform tasks as identified by Project Manager for implementations</li><li>Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customers business requirements</li><li>Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams alike, manage personal task assignments, and take ownership of assigned deliverables</li><li>Keep on top of tracking assigned tasks/deliverables, risks &amp; issues and report to Management as needed</li><li>Monitor and drive issues to resolution</li><li>Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed</li><li>Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process</li><li>Diagnose, resolve, and document system issues to support project team.</li><li>Research questions with respect to both maintenance and development activities.</li><li>Perform post-migration system review and ongoing support.</li><li>Prepare and deliver to client audiences, professional seniors/peers</li><li>Adhere to best practices constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc. during the course of an assignment</li><li>Adhere to around administrative activities such as time entry, HR tools, etc.</li></ul><div><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>4 to 7 </strong>years overall experience as an AEM Developer</li><li>Experience with AEM Developer tools such as:&nbsp;Apache Sling, Apache Felix, Jackrabbit, CRXDE</li><li>Familiarity with the Java Content Repository API</li><li>Knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services</li><li>Familiarity with building tools, including Maven</li><li>Knowledge of version control tools, especially Git</li><li>Knowledge of Patterns and Good Practices to design and develop quality and clean code</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferably ExtJs and jQuery)</li><li>Experience in pair programming and code reviews</li><li>Experience with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, and performance</li><li>Must have Good Communication skill /Capable of Client facing</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people</li></ul><div><br></div>
