<div><strong>Location : PAN India</strong></div><div><br></div><div>• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.      </div><div>• 8 to 10 year of IT Infrastructure Support experience with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience managing the Couchbase database , AKS / GKE , Terraform , Configuration Management Tool ( Ansible/ Puppet ) and CI/CD Tool like Jenkins.&nbsp;       </div><div>• Manage the applications deployed in Kubernetes environments and take care of the scalability, replication and modularity.       </div><div>• Lead root cause investigations, work with Application/OEM and provide closure to the observed issues in applications.       </div><div>• Monitor the application performance and ensure that the required security standards are&nbsp;implemented and there is no breach of the set standards.       </div><div>• Guide reliability practices through the entire software development lifecycle through activities like architecture reviews, code reviews, creating platforms and frameworks, capacity planning.       </div><div>• Improve service reliability through blameless post-incident reviews and using code to prevent or respond to problem recurrence.       </div><div>• Recognize automation opportunities.       </div><div>• Plug into the software release cycle. Work closely with developers to ensure software releases are well planned, implemented, released, and monitored.       </div><div>• ITIL certification is a plus.       </div><div>• Tier 3 Engineer attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications.       </div><div>• Provide Guidance on the full cycle of cloud based solutions including tools, technologies , and best practices for development , deployment, and maintenance of cloud hosted services.
