<div><strong>Location: PAN India</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>   Responsibilities</strong>   </div><ul><li>Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success   </li><li>Understand product specifications and user psychology   </li><li>Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback   </li><li>Plan and develop new visual designs for computers, smartphones, and digital products.   </li><li>Use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs.   </li><li>Design user interfaces elements mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc.   </li><li>Illustrate the functions of the website and develop UI mockups and prototypes.   </li><li>Create tables, sketches, filters, images, and other websites/applications graphic designs.   </li><li>Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, discoverability)   </li><li>Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers   </li><li>Help backend developers to build CSS and component front-end   </li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements </strong>  </div><ul><li>Proven 5 years of experience as a UX / UI Designer   </li><li>A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms   </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot using HTML5 &amp; CSS3 with web designers and web developers   </li><li>Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, In Vision, Figma, Axure RP,&nbsp;HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite   </li><li>Strong communication skills   </li><li>Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs and clickable prototypes   </li><li>Strong design thinking skills   </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail </li></ul>
