<div>Job Description-</div><div>Job Responsibilities:</div><div>● Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and</div><div>display advertising campaigns</div><div>● Design, build and maintain our social media presence</div><div>● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI</div><div>and KPIs)</div><div>● Use Google analytics for goal set up for visitor analysis, social media tracking, ad words tracking</div><div>● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights</div><div>● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies</div><div>● Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests</div><div>● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience</div><div>● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple</div><div>channels and customer touch points</div><div>● Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels</div><div>● Collaborate with internal BU Heads</div><div>● Evaluate emerging technologies.</div><div>● Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate</div><div>● A clear and thorough understanding of Performance Marketing.</div><div>● Identify the ideal customer acquisition journey through market segmentation and experimentation.</div><div>● Create clear positioning statements and compelling messaging that communicates our value</div><div>proposition to the market.</div><div>● Identify ways to optimize segmented customer journeys across various fronts of Performance</div><div>Marketing such as SEO/SEM/SMM etc.</div><div>● Strong data crunching &amp; analytics understanding in order to make data-driven decisions and work</div><div>closely with product &amp; marketing teams.</div><div>● Measure and track the growth &amp; progress against the various KPI Metrics.</div><div>● Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver maximum growth against the various</div><div>objectives.</div><div>● A sound knowledge on the various search tools, website optimization techniques, digital</div><div>advertisements, data-crunching &amp; analytics, in order to drive the results.</div><div><br></div><div>Candidate Attributes:</div><div>● A minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.</div><div>● In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.</div><div>● Graduate/Post graduate degree in marketing or a related field</div><div>● Proven working experience in digital marketing</div><div>● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social</div><div>media and/or display advertising campaigns</div><div>● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that</div><div>engage, inform and motivate</div><div>● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels</div><div>● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,</div><div>WebTrends)</div><div>● Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns</div><div>● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints</div><div>● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking</div><div>● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement</div><div>Tech Skills Required:</div><div>● Google AdWords, SEO/SMO, PPC, Facebook, Facebook Ads Manager ,Business Analysis,</div><div>Business Profitability, Microsoft Excel, Digital Strategy,</div>
