He/She/They must be an organizational mastermind who excel in managing procedures and deadline. He/She/They will be working very closely with Industry Veterans, Data Scientists and high performing design and engineering team and will drive a lean and agile development process, ensuring the seamless delivery of VALUE to customer.</div><div><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong></div><div> Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative Data Analytics and AI Solutions for US Healthcare</div><div> Work with customer to effectively translate business needs and use cases into technical requirements for POCs</div><div> Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps</div><div> Develop materials to communicate progress and drive Product demo to stakeholders and customers</div><div> Experience with using AzureDevOPs/Jira or other Product Management tools</div><div> Driving Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives</div><div> Writing stories that articulate work to be done by Developers and Data Engineers in support of solutions and production support</div><div> Lead the implementation strategy and execution of data ingesting and integration of US healthcare data sources (Claims, HL7, Enrolment, EMR etc) and merging them into the unified patient records</div><div> Working closely with Development Team to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely manner</div><div> Maintaining a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall solution roadmap</div><div> Driving new data source partnerships (relationship building, management, contracting) Required Qualifications</div><div> Bachelor&amp;#39;s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Product Management, or comparable technical field</div><div> 5+ years of relevant experience in the US Healthcare (e.g. in Revenue Cycle Management, Population Health and Quality) with Expertise in Data &amp;amp; Analytics within a cloud environment, ideally Azure</div><div> Familiarity with health data formats such asX12, HL7, FHIR, or CCDA</div><div> Practical expertise quickly prototyping data and analytics solutions utilizing data wrangling and visualization technologies (such as PowerBI ).</div><div> Agile Product Management certification, experience utilizing Jira for Agile Product Management.</div><div> An ability to think strategically and creatively</div><div> Superior interpersonal and communication skills</div><div> Problem solving skills – working with engineering and other functions to evaluate and define the right solutions for the customer problems.</div><div> History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments</div><div><br></div>
