Proactively perform monitoring to maintain highest availability and performance of systems supported. You’ll managing and responding to queries and issues reported by business users while maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders. You’ ll get an opportunity to utilise development skills to drive automation and improvement within immediate area. Work assigned&nbsp;<strong>shifts</strong>&nbsp;to ensure full business coverage, on weekdays, as part of follow-the-sun support model and&nbsp;<strong>Work rostered weekends</strong>.
