<div><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong style="color: black;">Role</strong></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong style="color: black;">Must have' JD pointers</strong></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong style="color: black;">Good to Have' JD pointers</strong></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong style="color: black;">Years of Experience</strong></div><div><span style="color: black;">Data Governance &amp; Data Quality Architect.</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Strategize &amp; define data measures, thresholds, rules, and controls and will be responsible to plan, create and maintain appropriate business rules documentation</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Lead Data Quality Analysis including Completeness, validity, timeliness, volume &amp; trends</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Design Data Quality Framework (DQF) which provides an industry-developed best practices guide for the improvement of data quality and allows the organization to better leverage the data quality programs and to ensure a continuously improving cycle for the generation of master data</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Identify Data Quality issues as they occur, along with any risks, mitigation plan and proactive vulnerabilities within the database</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Produce timely progress indicators and dashboards for a project around the data quality</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Coordinate with BAU Data Quality Analysts as required</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Good knowledge and experience in Customer Hierarchy mapping along with Strategy Master Data Solutions</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Leading and managing delivery of the Data Quality Management roadmap, focused on the strategic build-out of the new Data Quality Management function and aligning the function to the Target Operating Model</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc.</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Establish and facilitate cross-functional Data Governance vision &amp; expectations</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Supply Chain knowledge preferred</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">Skill sets Preferred:</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Overall experience of around 10+years in Data Quality &amp; governance related projects</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Strong experience in building &amp; executing governance strategy</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Certification in Data Governance technologies for data quality, ETL</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Previous experience in database development and testing</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Business analysis experience</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Data Management platform (Talend, Informatica, etc)</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• SQL, Databricks, ADF</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• CI / CD deployment approach</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">• Any Data governance certification</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">10+</span></div><div><br></div>
