<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<p>Represent insurers and policyholders in general liability cases, including premises liability, auto negligence, and personal injury defense.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop litigation strategies and manage all phases of litigation: depositions, hearings, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Negotiate settlements and collaborate directly with clients and insurance carriers.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>

<p><strong>Licensed to practice in Florida</strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>3+ years of experience</strong>&nbsp;in general liability or insurance defense litigation.</p>

<p>Strong litigation, legal research, and case management skills.</p>

<p>Excellent written and oral communication, and negotiation abilities.</p>
