Position Brief: We are seeking a highly driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing&nbsp;initiatives that elevate brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth. The ideal&nbsp;candidate brings a blend of creativity, data-driven thinking, and operational efficiency with proven&nbsp;experience across various marketing aspects, including but not limited to digital marketing, public&nbsp;relations, SEO, events, lead generation, and vendor management. This role demands ownership of both planning and execution—across online and offline&nbsp;channels—while collaborating cross-functionally and managing external partners and vendors.
Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Strategic Marketing &amp; Campaigns ● Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing plans aligned with organizational&nbsp;objectives. ● Lead 360-degree campaigns across digital, print, PR, and events for brand awareness and&nbsp;lead generation. ● Define KPIs, measure performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. ● Lead marketing for award applications, industry recognition programs, and related&nbsp;participation. 🔹 Digital Marketing &amp; SEO ● Drive online presence through SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, and performance&nbsp;optimization. ● Manage digital channels (social media, Google Ads, email, website) and marketing&nbsp;automation tools. ● Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems) to track and&nbsp;improve conversion. 🔹 Lead Generation &amp; Sales Enablement ● Design and execute lead generation campaigns including landing pages, forms, email&nbsp;nurtures, and paid media. ● Develop and maintain sales collateral – brochures, presentations, pitch decks, case studies,&nbsp;etc. ● Align with the sales team to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoff and effective funnel&nbsp;management. 🔹 Events, PR &amp; Brand Visibility ● Plan, organize, and manage online/offline events including trade shows, webinars, product&nbsp;launches, and exhibitions.
● Build and maintain strong media relationships; lead PR outreach, press releases, and&nbsp;corporate communications. ● Identify and coordinate industry award nominations and marketing partnerships for brand&nbsp;elevation. 🔹 Vendor &amp; Partner Management ● Identify, onboard, and manage external agencies, vendors, and partners (creative, media,&nbsp;print, PR, etc.). ● Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing to ensure value-driven outcomes. ● Track vendor performance and manage budgets efficiently. 🔹 Market Research &amp; Competitive Intelligence ● Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor marketing. ● Leverage insights to inform campaign strategies and product positioning. 🔹 Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration ● Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team. ● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, customer success,&nbsp;and leadership.
Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. ● 6–8 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2C marketing, digital strategy, and brand&nbsp;communication. ● Demonstrated experience in partner management, negotiation, and budget ownership. ● Proficient in ATL/BTL marketing, digital advertising, CRM, and marketing automation&nbsp;platforms. ● Strong understanding of lead nurturing, funnel metrics, and campaign ROI analysis. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or relevant platforms are a plus.
