Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to own the end-to-end property closing process. You will be the single point of contact for buyers and sellers from offer acceptance through property registration, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Manage the complete property closing lifecycle from offer acceptance to registration.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers throughout the transaction.</li>
<li>Coordinate with legal teams, bankers, societies, registrars, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all formalities.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate preparation, verification, and submission of all legal and financial documentation.</li>
<li>Track registrations, loan disbursements, agreements, and documentation milestones.</li>
<li>Resolve customer queries and proactively address issues during the closing process.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth execution of property registration and ownership transfer.</li>
<li>Maintain regular updates in CRM and ensure documentation compliance.</li>
<li>Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely communication and transaction closure.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in any discipline.</li>
<li>Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Property Registration, Closing Operations, Documentation, or Customer Relationship Management.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of property registration processes and real estate documentation.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating with banks, lawyers, registrar offices, and housing societies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.</li>
<li>Customer-first approach with a strong sense of ownership.</li>
