Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate problem solver to join our dynamic Buyer Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs and helping them navigate the housing market with ease. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:&nbsp;Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct property visits, provide in-depth property information, and guide clients through the buying process to ensure a seamless experience.

Negotiation and Closing:&nbsp;Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
</li>
<li>
Market Research:&nbsp;Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position Truva’s products and services.
</li>
<li>
Prospecting and Lead Generation:&nbsp;Work closely with the growth and marketing team to strategize and optimize customer funnels and outreach platforms, including social media, listing platforms, brokers, referrals, etc.
</li>
<li>
Collaboration:&nbsp;Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
</li>
<li>
P&amp;L Impact:&nbsp;Over time, take ownership of managing and strategizing growth initiatives while being accountable for the Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) at a micro-market level.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account management, preferably in the tech space
