 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Gather and document business and regulatory requirements from stakeholders. • Perform data analysis, impact assessment, and reconciliation for Risk &amp; Regulatory Reporting initiatives. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams. • Support solution design and regulatory reporting implementation. • Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams. • Execute functional testing, support UAT, and investigate reporting variances. • Challenge existing processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Prepare BRDs, impact assessments, presentations, and governance materials.
 REQUIRED SKILLS • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting. • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and upcoming regulatory changes. • Experience with Regulatory Reporting platform. • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products including Loans, Deposits, FX, and Derivatives. • Understanding of SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis. • Proven experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FSD preparation, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical skills including data reconciliation, trend analysis, data controls, and Excel- based modelling.
• Understanding of Basel III, Capital Adequacy, RWA, ECL, VaR, FRTB, SA-CCR , IMA ,Liquidity Ratios, Market Risk, and Counterparty Risk is preferred. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams. • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Understanding of software engineering and database concepts.
DESIRED SKILLS • Risk Certification including FRM or others • Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting
