Role Overview
We are looking for a&nbsp;SQL/PLSQL Developer with Production Support experience&nbsp;who can work on business-critical applications in a high-impact BFSI environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SQL/PLSQL development along with the ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze data, and support live systems.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide&nbsp;L2/L3 production support&nbsp;for critical applications</li>
<li>Develop, optimize, and maintain&nbsp;complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL code</li>
<li>Monitor&nbsp;daily batch jobs and production processes; resolve failures within SLA timelines</li>
<li>Perform&nbsp;data analysis and debugging&nbsp;to identify root causes of production issues</li>
<li>Work closely with development teams for&nbsp;bug fixes, enhancements, and permanent resolutions</li>
<li>Analyze&nbsp;application logs, database issues, and performance bottlenecks</li>
<li>Support&nbsp;deployments, releases, and environment monitoring</li>
<li>Maintain&nbsp;support documentation and knowledge base</li>
<li>Participate in&nbsp;on-call support and rotational shifts, if required</li>
</ul>
Required Skills
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in&nbsp;SQL/PLSQL development + Production Support</li>
<li>Strong expertise in&nbsp;SQL, PL/SQL (mandatory)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in&nbsp;writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and query optimization</li>
<li>Experience with&nbsp;Informatica and data analysis</li>
<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;Unix/Linux environments&nbsp;and basic shell scripting</li>
<li>Experience with job schedulers like&nbsp;Control-M / Autosys&nbsp;(preferred)</li>
<li>Understanding of&nbsp;ITIL processes&nbsp;(Incident, Problem, Change Management)</li>
<li>Ability to analyze&nbsp;logs, data issues, and production incidents</li>
</ul>
