Thus the role requires a great ability for internal and external stakeholder management, working in complex customer environments, and being involved in long sales cycles to be able to deliver high value solutions.</li></ul><div><strong>What are we looking for in the Ideal Candidate?</strong></div><ul><li>A very sound understanding of the Retail and or ecommerce process across the supply chain from manufacturing to POS including complex warehouse operation. Should be able to leverage existing relationships.</li><li>We can consider the candidate from AIDC Background as well.</li><li>Must have relative experience of consulting, selling and upselling software &amp; automation basedsolutions within the RETL vertical. Experience of selling warehouse WMS, automation solution is desirable</li><li>Being able to plan one’s business, accurately forecast and deliver on commitments. The candidate should have the experience of managing large accounts and the ability to create new accounts</li><li>To Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments. Should have independently generated business of multi Cr YoY.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategiesto meet changing markets and competitive conditions</li><li>Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that mayimpact customer buying decisions</li><li>Customer prospecting and Mapping:</li><li>Identify, prioritize and plan the most applicable marketing approach.</li><li>Identify and reach all stake holders, influencers, decision makers and end-users</li><li>Should have a proven ability to represent BCI in forums , plan go to market strategies for maximum effect and market BCI solution sales - Company representation, plan &amp; participate in expo/road show.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Skills that must have in the Ideal Candidate:</strong></div><ul><li>Planning &amp; Prioritization Abilities: Achieve goals by deadlines.
