<div><strong>Role:</strong></div><ul><li>Will be responsible for New product Development &amp; Delivery of SMART Products (Wearables / Hearables)</li><li>To manage new product development from concepts to production especially for smart wearables/hearables with right design, quality, schedule and cost</li><li>To plan and set project timelines based on the SOP and delivering on time without any hurdles.</li><li>To create / Track material master and bill of material on SAP</li><li>To Track and monitor NPD production status for on time delivery.</li><li>To coordinate with Tech team, ISCM to establish assembly / Testing process for smooth conversion &amp; deposition of wearables / Hearables.</li><li>Networking &amp; evaluating &amp; establishing suppliers for smart segment (smart watches, hearables, smart speakers).</li><li>To propose viable solutions, cost and technical feasibility on designs, materials selection, functions and manufacturing methods based on the product requirements</li><li>To collaborate with different development partners across different regions/Countries</li><li>To perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive actions with development partners for continuous improvement on products in production</li></ul><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>On-time delivery of New products</li><li>Availability of product master and spec sheets, Quality plan, assembly process, smart standards, ensuring availability of right documents for Pre dispatch Inspection.</li><li>Error-free BOM and Material master as per timeline to ensure planned order loading.</li><li>Coordinate for sample development, inspection, testing and providing feedback on product quality at various stages.</li></ul><div><strong>Requirement:</strong></div><ul><li>Graduate in Electronics / Electronics Communication engineering with 6 - 8 years of Experience in the SMART Product Industry (Electronic Gadgets / Mobile Phones / Wearables)</li><li>Exposure to working principle of smart elements &amp; functions viz. PCB, Display, firmware, App, etc.</li><li>Process knowledge on smart wearables/Hearables and various development steps.</li><li>Good understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process of electronics goods and EMS industry</li><li>Process orientation, exposure to tools used for process control and life cycle management ( PLM tools )</li><li>Good understanding of DFM, DFT techniques, and quality requirements for products.</li><li>Exposure to various test stages, test jigs, and methods to optimize the yield of manufacturing right at the design phase</li><li>Knowledge in MS Office and Project / Program management</li><li>Basic awareness on Auto CAD / Pro-e and knowledge on engineering design.</li><li>Product development process knowledge</li><li>Capability to understand/ apply GD&amp;T and Tolerance Stack-up analysis</li><li>Knowledge on material testing.</li><li>Good Communication &amp; understanding Skills</li><li>Exposure in troubleshooting.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Should have high perseverance.</li><li>Self-motivated with Good inter-personnel skills.</li><li>Exposure to SAP.</li><li>Knowledge of Engineering Materials</li></ul>
