<div><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Business Partner</strong>:</div><ul><li>Focus on value creation</li><li>Become the business advisor to operations decision making</li><li>Support and challenge business decisions</li><li>Manage risks</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Cash:</strong></div><ul><li>To ensure that cash collections for the day are deposited in the bank on the immediately following day.</li><li>To reconcile physical cash balances with the books of account</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Materials:</strong></div><ul><li>To maintain separate accounts for consumables purchased for each department.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Payments:</strong></div><ul><li>To ensure that payments are made on time to suppliers as per the agreed-upon terms.</li><li>To interact with suppliers in case of any billing-related queries.</li><li>To ensure that all collections are transferred to SO after keeping a minimum balance in the account.</li><li>To ensure that all payments are made only after proper approval and authorization from the requisite persons</li><li>In case of extra payment received, it should be maintained in the account for that corporate or sundry account.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Statutory Payments:</strong></div><ul><li>To deduct and pay TDS within the time stipulated by the relevant act.</li><li>To deposit PF and PT deducted from employees within the stipulated period.</li><li>To ensure no delays take place in remitting statutory payments to the government.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Payroll:</strong></div><ul><li>To supervise the processing of payroll and entries of the same in books of accounts.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Analysis:</strong></div><ul><li>Preparing Finance analysis &amp; Variance analysis.</li><li>Driving Cost saving initiatives.</li><li>Preparing Annual Budgets</li><li>Prepare business cases for CAPEX and OPEX requirements</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Accounts, Audit, and MIS:</strong></div><ul><li>To prepare MIS reports viz. Income Statement, Working capital, etc by the 2nd of the following month.</li><li>To prepare Trial Balance and such other reports as required by management on a timely basis.</li><li>To complete the statutory Audit and tax Audit within the specified time in coordination with the Auditors.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>System Implementation:</strong></div><ul><li>To ensure that systems implemented are according to the specifications provided.</li><li>To impart training to subordinates with respect to the system.</li><li>To gradually implement all the features of the system with the cooperation of the IT department.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></div><div>Charted Accountant with 10-12 years of experience in healthcare domain</div><div><strong>Technical Skill:</strong></div><div>To have sound knowledge of the existing process.</div><div>Ability to learn various other accounting packages.</div><div><strong>Verbal Ability/Communication Skill:</strong></div><div>To think independently &amp; exercise one's own judgment in deterring action.</div><div>To develop cordial relations with other depts. and have an empathetic approach.</div><div><strong>Problem Solving/Decision Making:</strong></div><div>To handle problems/ issues regarding the job &amp; able to take decisions regarding the same.</div><div><br></div>
