<div>Serve as the technical lead with multiple BI efforts with minimal supervision required. Coordinate tasks within the group and guide on the design management, implementation, and ongoing operation of a comprehensive BI design. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of design and construction of BI solutions, including balancing optimization, tuning, and data access. Individual must be comfortable with rapid application development and with developing requirements and design specifications for new and existing data models. Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BI development in conjunction with end-users, managers, clients and other stakeholders. Assist with selection of hardware and software products for the BI architecture. Spearhead development of logical and physical data models, and ETL development, as needed.
