<div><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Work with Sales Team to understand the tender requirements/ expectations.</li><li>Prepare design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout.</li><li>Once drawings are finalized, prepared bill of quantity and strategize product solutions to meet tender’s specifications.</li><li>Work with Haworth factories and 3rd party suppliers to specify non-standard products to customer’s specification for pricing.</li><li>Ensure tender is completed and submitted on time.</li><li>Support Bid &amp; Design Manager on liaison with remote markets</li><li>Prepare data qualification for order entry and order file</li><li>Understand the project requirements/ expectation from the remote market manager and work closely with the Bid &amp; Design team to finalize the drawings and proposals.</li><li>Create presentation boards for mockup exercise</li><li>Provide rendering work to enhance proposal bids</li><li>Create presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint format for sales presentation</li><li>Maintain all drawings and files in the archive library</li><li>Ensure the drawings and quotations are submitted on time.</li><li>Prepare weekly &amp; monthly report requested by BRC.</li><li>Independently support Bid &amp; Design Manager to coach a team of Bid &amp; Design Associates (junior) or interns in developing the skills of using specification tools/drawing system and tender documents preparation and product knowledge.</li></ul><div><strong>Job Requirements and Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / BE</li><li>8-12 years of corporate experience, minimum 5 year in commercial furniture, with good computer software knowledge (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, 3D Max, PCON, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Sketchup &amp; Project Symbols)</li><li>Willing to work for extended hours to complete project deadlines, dedicated, meticulous with great attention to details</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player</li></ul><div><br></div>
