Digital Placement is a reputable staffing and recruiting organization operating within the Indian market. 

<h2>Role and Responsibilities:</h2>
Digital Placement is seeking a Java Lead with minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot, Angular latest version 8+, microservices, CI/CD, Docker or Kubernetes, and team management. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in designing and building user-centric front-end applications using Angular 10+. The candidate should also have experience in participating in design discussions and implementation plans, guiding teammates in implementing Spring Boot and Angular technologies, maintaining a runtime stack comprised of containers, and delivering high quality applications through TDD. 

<h2>Candidate Qualifications:</h2>
The ideal candidate should have a BE/MCA degree with a focus on IT, as well as prior experience in developing Java applications using the latest Angular 8+ version, microservices and Spring Boot. Cloud technology knowledge is a plus, as is working knowledge of different database types, such as SQL and NoSQL. 

<h2>Required Skills:</h2>
The mandatory skills for this role include proficiency in Java, Angular latest version 8+, microservices, CI/CD, Docker or Kubernetes, lead experience, and high volume application account management. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of cloud technologies.
