<h1>ServiceNow ITSM Developer</h1><h2>Company Overview</h2><p>Digital Placement is a leading provider of staffing and recruitment services, offering solutions to clients across diverse industries in India.</p><h2>Role and Responsibilities</h2><p>The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Utilizing their experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and good knowledge in CMDB, Event Management modules to perform all aspects of platform administration, design, development, and implementation of applications in ServiceNow.</li><li>Integrating 3rd party tools using XML, HTML, Web Services, REST, etc.</li><li>Providing administrative ServiceNow Support, troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Planning and testing ServiceNow version upgrades.</li><li>Designing and developing Business Rules, Catalog Items, UI Policies, UI Actions, the script includes scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps.</li><li>Integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory, SSO, SCCM, runbook, etc.</li><li>Creating Scripted REST API and knowing when it's appropriate to use an OOB API or integration method.</li></ul><h2>Candidate Qualifications</h2><p>The ideal candidate should have:</p><ul><li>Experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.</li><li>Knowledge of integration methodologies for Service-Now.</li><li>Experience with Business Rules, Catalog Items, UI Policies, UI Actions, script includes scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps.</li><li>Good understanding of Service-Now Logs for troubleshooting & adhere Service-Now best practices.</li><li>Excellent javascript proficiency</li></ul><h2>Required Skills</h2><ul><li>ITSM</li><li>Service Catalog</li><li>CMDB</li><li>Integration methodologies for Service-Now</li><li>Scripted REST API</li></ul>
