<div><strong>Job Description for Distacart – Spl Ops Executive</strong></div><br><div>Distacart is a global e-commerce platform that helps sellers list authentic Indian products for sale all over the world.</div><br><div>Location: Hyderabad</div><div>Time: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM</div><div>Working Days: 6 Days</div><br><div><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>The Special Ops team works on online orders.</li><li>Must check the pending and incomplete orders, research and verify if the products are available on other ecommerce websites, and place the orders accordingly.</li><li>Keep track of the online orders.</li><li>Maintain SLAs (Service Level Agreements).</li><li>Follow the process of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).</li></ul><br><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel.</li><li>Strong knowledge in online search.</li></ul>
