<div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><div><br></div><div>• Lead all aspects of the software development cycle, including design, planning, specification, go-live, and rollout </div><div>• Write architecture and technical specs that the engineering team can use to build products at a fast pace with minimal errors. These could be specs for the user interface as well as the APIs </div><div>• Lead sprint planning, work breakdown, assignments, and sprint execution </div><div>• Elaborate on complex stories and clarify to teams to ensure minimum iterations during development </div><div>• Conduct and participate in sprint stand-up and sprint rituals to drive the product development execution </div><div>• Identify bottlenecks and blockers; engage relevant stakeholders and replan the sprint, to obtain high sprint velocity and quality </div><div>• Assist engineering team members with code review, technical troubleshooting </div><div>• Engagement and manage team members for recruitment, joining, induction, training, and performance reviews </div><div>• Be a custodian of high-performance, meritocratic, and growth culture </div><div>• Ideate on solutions together with the product, engineers, and other stakeholders </div><div>• Lead QA team and process to ensure quality releases to production and customer deployments </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements </strong></div><div><br></div><div>• At least three years of relevant experience as a Technical Lead or Manager of an enterprise product. </div><div>• Ability to break down complex needs into manageable milestones while iteratively building products and features for the best market fit </div><div>• Ability to make decisions or prioritize solutions using data </div><div>• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </div><div>• Excellent communication and presentation skills </div><div>• Technical Background or experience with managing platform products is required </div><div>• Hands-on experience with Python/ ReactJS preferred</div><div><br></div>
