Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days</strong></div><div _msthash="486642" _msttexthash="4852107"><br></div><div _msthash="1332812" _msttexthash="12969866"><strong _msthash="637091" _msttexthash="637091">Roles and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li _msthash="249852" _msttexthash="12969866">5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with Product Owner working with engineering and design teams using Agile/Scrum software development</li><li _msthash="249853" _msttexthash="4523818">A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and presentation skills</li><li _msthash="249854" _msttexthash="4754126">Proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently</li><li _msthash="249855" _msttexthash="3539679">Excellent written and verbal communication as well as collaborative skills</li><li _msthash="249856" _msttexthash="9575618">Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirement</li><li _msthash="249857" _msttexthash="4296422">Implement usage tracking and analyse patterns to validate new feature requirements</li><li _msthash="249858" _msttexthash="9821604">Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities, writing user stories and grooming the teams</li><li _msthash="249859" _msttexthash="6300632">Proven ability to work with UI/UX to convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners.</li><li _msthash="249860" _msttexthash="3237403">Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time</li><li _msthash="249861" _msttexthash="8338109">Self-driven, motivated, and ability to drive objectives forward and see projects and initiatives through to completion</li><li _msthash="249862" _msttexthash="5849285">You will be working with a global team and need to be accommodative of different time-zones as required</li><li _msthash="249863" _msttexthash="3181165">Prior experience in development/testing in web/mobile app will be a plus</li></ul><div><br></div><div _msthash="770432" _msttexthash="6300632"><strong _msthash="1115790" _msttexthash="1115790">Required Skills (Technical Competency):</strong></div><ul><li _msthash="249864" _msttexthash="6300632">Proven ability to work with UI/UX to convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners.</li><li><span style="color: rgb(50, 50, 50);" _msthash="2455453" _msttexthash="3181165">Prior experience in development/testing in web/mobile app&nbsp;will be a plus</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(50, 50, 50);" _msthash="2834286" _msttexthash="890838">Agile/Scrum software development</span></li></ul><div><br></div>
