Please apply if you can join within 10 days or close to 10 days</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: black;">Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Hardware developer for advanced high performance electronic controller for Automotive </li><li>Design and development of electronics using 32/64-bit Microcontroller Microprocessor/SoCs, PMIC, Advanced </li><li>Ethernet connectivity, etc., safety up to ASIL D </li><li>Develop and optimize the hardware architecture, select right electronic components </li><li>Requirement analysis and concept definition (Requirements management) </li><li>Module / ECU design &amp; Development - Worst case calculation &amp; Simulation </li><li>Schematic &amp; BOM preparation </li><li>Layout development – coordination </li><li>Sample development coordination with plant </li><li>Test plan preparation, ECU testing </li><li>EMC Test plan and EMC Tests co-ordination </li><li>Project technical documentation is per defined processes </li><li>DFMEA and Functional safety co-ordination</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency): </strong></div><ul><li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Experience in Power supply design for Microcontroller/Microprocessor/SoC with PMIC</li><li>Experience in Power stage designs for specific requirements of actuators.</li><li>Experience in Electronics hardware design and integration with 32/64-bit Microcontroller Microprocessor/SoCs</li><li>Knowledge on Microcontroller/Microprocessor/SoCs/Memories/Ethernet controller - a big advantage </li><li>Experience in HW testing, debugging &amp; test report preparation. </li><li>Good knowledge and hands-on experience on EMI/EMC analysis &amp; testing. </li><li>Experience in Simulation tools like PSPICE, LTSPICE etc. </li><li>Good in design and documentation with Zuken, MathCAD, Altium Designer.</li><li>Good know how of automotive hardware lifecycle and its quality process. </li><li>Hands-on experience in product verification and validation tests. </li><li>Knowledge of Communication Protocols I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN and Ethernet.</li><li>Experience in Automotive domain, module design, functional safety standard - ISO 26262 &amp; FMEA/FMDA is added advantage.</li><li>Experience in making technical documentations – HW specification, BOM, user manual, test reports etc.,</li><li>Experience in DOORS management is an added advantage (Requirements management)</li><li>Experience/Knowledge in embedded SW – Assembly/C programming – an added advantage.</li><li>Should have strong analytical, communication and logical skill</li></ul>
