Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Roles and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Plot plan, Turbo-Group general arrangement, machinery foundation, machinery main purchaser mechanical connection.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Interconnecting piping layout, air interconnecting Piping, anti-icing &amp; anti-surge air interconnecting piping &amp; supports, miniskirt cross piping &amp; supports, Pipe and cable tranches layout</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Machinery baseplate frames &amp; piping, inlet plenum drains piping for GT, piping full supply, plant interconnecting piping &amp; support</li><li style="text-align: justify;">General arrangement for water injection skid, purge air skid, oil mist separation skid, hydraulic starting skid, synthetic oil console, fuel gas treatment skid</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Oil purifier outline, mineral lube oil skid outline, cooling water skid outline, hydraulic starting console</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Piping thermal stress calculation, baseplate calculation report, machinery foundation calculation</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Piping lines specifications, main skid weighting specification, fuel gas shut-off and vent valve skid specification, mineral oil console full supply, plant manual valves,</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Machinery baseplate, Machinery foundation bolts, walkways inside &amp; outside enclosure, on base enclosure &amp; specification, load gear enclosure,</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Package interfaces study, miniskirt general assembly dwg, mask for Machinery foundations</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Perform Technical Reviews. Review process- 30%-60%-90%. Handhold, guide &amp; mentor the team to improve technical competency of the team</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Drive Knowledge Management, Continuous improvement &amp; Productivity improvement initiatives.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency)</div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in an engineering position for Auxiliary System Engineering - Mechanical for Turbomachinery’s Gas Turbine in oil and gas/power sector</li><li style="text-align: justify;">More than 3 years of Experience in Gas Turbine – Designing in oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Should be able to read P&amp;IDs, Customer Specification</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Should be able to provide support on preparation of Equipment Specification / Datasheets, Purchase Specification</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Tools skill: Siemens NX10, AutoCAD &amp; Team Center</li><li>Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control, and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents, timely execution.</li></ul>
