Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Meeting with design and engineering teams to determine hardware requirements.</li><li>Designing and developing components such as printed circuit boards (PCB), processors, memory modules, and network components.</li><li>Collaborating with software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration with the hardware components.</li><li>Testing hardware prototypes and analysing and interpreting performance data.</li><li>Generating analytic and performance reports for presentation and revision.</li><li>Troubleshooting and diagnosing errors and suggesting suitable repairs or modifications.</li><li>Overseeing the manufacturing process of electrical components to ensure they meet the design specifications.</li><li>Implementing maintenance, repairs, and modifications to existing components.</li><li>Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in computer technology and design trends.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in Schematics drawing Orcad capture</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in working with power converters (DC/DC) designs and Power management design for control unit</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in various circuit analysis (FMEA/Derating/worst-case…).</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in preparation of various design document</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Knowledge of regulatory &amp; safety requirements such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience working with Contactors and Relay</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication protocols.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Working knowledge of UPS and Storage Applications</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Knowledge in DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC</li><li>Strong design experience in Mixed signal board design (specially in New Product Design).</li><li>Strong hands-on design experience in MPU/MCU based high speed Digital design.</li><li>Strong hands-on digital design experience using various Memories (Serial Flash) and digital Communication protocols (SPI/I2C/Ethernet/UART).</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in hardware design &amp; development cycle</li><li>Good experience in the Board brings up &amp; details functional design testing</li><li>Design exposure in EMI/EMC design and understanding of certification standards for countries (EU/US/APAC)</li><li>Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products.</li><li>Good experience in cross functional co-ordinate with other engineering teams (PCB Layout, mechatronics, Firmware &amp; verification) in matrix organization</li><li>Hands on experience of working with LV and HV systems (&gt;1000V).</li></ul><div><br></div>
