<div>We are looking for Technical Lead Electro-Mechanical with 5+ Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Key Skills</strong>: GD&amp;T, Welding, DFM, DFMEA, Rolling stock, Harness Design, Catia V5, Sheet metal design, Enovia 3DCOM, PDM, VPM</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>•	Technical Lead should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.</div><div>•	Should carefully analyse the details of all the work.</div><div>•	Lead will be the interface between the team and the management.</div><div>•	It’s important to be firm but equally fair too. Admitting your mistakes is also equally important.</div><div>•	To lead the team successfully it is important to set targets and expectations for the team.</div><div>•	Should have enough knowledge about the designing too involve with the designing team.</div><div>•	Abide by all the project and company guidelines and standards and to ensure that even the team members are doing so.</div><div>•	Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.</div><div>•	Maintaining the account of time and reporting regularly of own work.</div><div>•	Ensure fair tasks assignments where people are assigned with the task as per their skills and personal preferences.</div><div>•	Constantly motivate and encourage team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressurized with high targets.</div><div>•	Make yourself completely aware with all the technologies thoroughly especially the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):</strong></div><div>•	Expertise to define technical requirements for harness design/routing</div><div>•	Good Knowledge of Catia V5 modules like Electrical harness assembly, Installation &amp; Flattening, Part Design, Drafting and Assembly Design</div><div>•	Good understanding of Electrical Equipment, Layouts, Electrical schematics, wire lists, pin-to-pin diagrams, etc.&nbsp;</div><div>•	Ability to design electrical cabinets, installation &amp; routing, cable ducts/trays, bracket design and selection of Cable Clamps, Connectors, Glands, Cable Protections &amp; Conduits for Harness Installation</div><div>•	Sheet metal design – Installation / support brackets, cable trays, cabinets, etc.</div><div>•	Good drawing reading skills, dimensioning standard and BoM creation&nbsp;</div><div>•	Ability to design and drafting of assemblies, installations, etc.&nbsp;</div><div>•	Expertise in Data Management tools like Enovia 3DCOM, PDM, VPM</div><div>•	Conduct self and team’s internal quality checks and ensure the accuracy and consistency all across deliveries</div><div>•	Organize Design / Verification reviews with internal team and customer SPCs</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></div><div>•	Experience on Rolling stock (Rail) and standards</div><div>•	working level expertise on Rolling stock (Rail) / Harness Design</div><div>•	GD&amp;T, Welding, DFM, DFMEA, etc.</div><div>•	Configuration and Change Request management</div><div>•	Team handling and effective communication skills.</div>
