<div><span style="color: black;">We are looking for Electrical Harness with 3-5 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Key Skills</strong><span style="color: black;">: EHI, Installation, CATIA V5, Enovia tools, EMI/EMC methods.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Electrical Harness Engineer should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.</li><li>Should carefully analyse the details of all the work.</li><li>Lead will be the interface between the team and the management.</li><li>It’s important to be firm but equally fair too. Admitting your mistakes is also equally important.</li><li>To lead the team successfully it is important to set targets and expectations for the team.</li><li>Should have enough knowledge about the designing too involve with the designing team.</li><li>Abide by all the project and company guidelines and standards and to ensure that even the team members are doing so.</li><li>Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.</li><li>Maintaining the account of time and reporting regularly of own work.</li><li>Ensure fair tasks assignments where people are assigned with the task as per their skills and personal preferences.</li><li>Constantly motivate and encourage team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressurized with high targets.</li><li>Make yourself completely aware with all the technologies thoroughly especially the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.</li></ul><div><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">Experience working in Electrical Wiring Harness Design</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">3 - 5 Years’ experience in Aerospace / Aircraft Wiring Harness</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">Knowledge in implementing EMI/EMC methods for electrical wiring design.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">Experience working in CATIA, Enovia tools.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">Knowledge on Automotive Drawing standards</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">Knowledge in BOM extraction / Comparison of Drawing &amp; BOM</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">Knowledge in MIL 704D, MIL-W-5088L/SAE AS50881, MIL-E-7016, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, MIL-B-5087 &amp; DO-160 standards.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black;">Exposure to manufacturing Process will be additional advantage</span></li></ul>
