Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>•	Strong experience in Microsoft Visual Studio development tools for desktop applications using InstallShield/WiX/equivalent MSI technology, Entity Framework, SOLID principles, LINQ, Threading</div><div>•	Experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle methodology.</div><div>•	Experience with Team Foundation Server/Git/equivalent source control</div><div>•	Demonstrated advanced technical and analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</div><div>•	Advanced knowledge and advanced expertise in industry and/or vendor technologies</div><div>•	Ability to solicit, gather, document, and analyze system specification and requirements.</div><div>•	Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others in team environment.</div><div>•	 Interpersonal skills to interact with team members, including global stakeholders.</div><div>•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div><div>•	 Effective influencing skills</div><div>•	 Process-oriented, logical thinker</div><div>•	 Adaptable and able to learn quickly in a rapid pace environment.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):</strong></div><div>•	Proficient in toolsets such as InstallShield, packaging, Admin Studio, Visual Studio</div><div>•	Rich Experience in Install Script, VB/WMI scripting, Batch Scripting, PowerShell scripting &amp; Wise Scripting.</div><div>•	Well versed in application testing and remediation techniques for producing Windows 7/8/10 compatible applications.</div><div>•	Expertise with VMware Workstation/ Oracle Virtual Box to work on the Virtual Builds.</div><div>•	Knowledge of Creating applications using various Packaging Tools like InstallShield/WIX.</div><div>•	Sound Knowledge on Windows Installer Technologies - MSI Packaging, Tables, Custom Actions, Standard Actions.</div><div>•	 Troubleshooting using various tools like Orca, FileMon/RegMon, PictureTaker&nbsp;</div><div>•	 Knowledge on creation of Merge modules, Packaging Customization. Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and client server applications.</div><div>•	 Good Understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server), Registry, File systems,</div><div>•	 Services packs, Patches, installation and uninstall mechanisms.</div><div>•	 Expertise in Application Compatibility Testing and Remediation.</div><div>•	 Strong debugging skills for complex installer related issues</div><div>•	 Experience in the requirements, design, coding, unit/integration test lifecycle phases</div><div>•	 Develop and execute unit test scripts.</div><div>•	 Conduct and document code and unit test peer review</div>
