Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days.</strong></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><span style="color: black;">  Creating a detailed design of the product, including any necessary drawings or schematics, using         computer aided design (CAD) software</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Meeting with other engineers to discuss designs and brainstorm possible solutions to problems</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Ensuring that all safety standards are met during the design process.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Working with suppliers to ensure that all materials used in the design meet industry standards</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Identifying potential design flaws and providing solutions to improve the design.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Conducting research on new technologies that may impact the design of the product</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Working with programmers to develop computer models to test designs before they are built.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Maintaining records of all design decisions made during the process.</span></li><li>  Supervising a team of designers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time</li></ul><div><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):</strong></div><ul><li><span style="color: black;">  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  3-7 years experience in a design engineering role</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Proven experience leading a team of engineers</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Working knowledge of CAD software, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">  Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills</span></li></ul><div><br></div>
