Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days.</strong></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li>  Assist the team with ideas and provide them with creative input for new designs.</li><li>  Design interactive user interfaces and oversee all the necessary design changes that are to be   made</li><li>  Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.</li><li>  Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.</li><li>  Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to   standard.</li><li>  Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.</li><li>  Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.</li><li>  Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.</li><li>  Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.</li><li>  Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.</li><li>  Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.</li></ul><div><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: black;">&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li>  Must have Knowledge of trucks and fuel systems, especially fuel routing.</li><li>  Experience in Creo-Piping and related methodologies.</li><li>  Must Have Understanding of pipe routing behavior and related design considerations.</li><li>  Familiarity with Volvo's release process and standards.</li><li>  Ability to work effectively in a packaging environment, balancing functionality &amp; performance.</li><li>  Must have Familiarity with Fuel cell &amp; LNG / CNG Trucks is preferred.</li><li>  Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>  amiliarity with agile way of working and related project management methodologies is an asset.</li></ul><div><br></div>
