Founded by Manish Maryada and Shourya Lala, Fello has been incubated and funded by Entrepreneur First and also a part of the CIIE.CO Bharat Inclusion Programme.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Roles and responsibilities of Marketing Associate:</strong></div><div>* Create digital marketing implementation schedules.&nbsp;</div><div>* Promote Fello’s products and services on various social media channels.&nbsp;</div><div>* Build a digital marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research.&nbsp;</div><div>* Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.&nbsp;</div><div>* Achieve audience engagement and website traffic by working on all digital marketing aspects of our social media.</div><div>* Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.&nbsp;</div><div>* Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms. Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social).</div><div>* Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.</div><div>* Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.&nbsp;</div><div>* Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.&nbsp;</div><div>* Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:</strong></div><div>* Prior experience in B2C Tech/ FinTech platforms.</div><div>* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.</div><div>* Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist of 2-3 years.</div><div>* Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.</div><div>* Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major social media channels.</div><div>* Positive attitude, a passion for building business, and a great social media game.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What you get?</strong></div><div>* Amazing pay and perks on par with the industry standards</div><div>* Opportunity to grow quick as you will be one of the first hires</div><div>* Flexible work hours and remote work options at times.
