Work closely with the Strategist, UI Designer, Developers and Product Manager.</div><div> 2. Work alongside designers, product managers, researchers and subject matter experts in a collaborative team-oriented environment to create new products, features and functionality. </div><div> 3. Have an expert-level knowledge of responsive UI design methodology and processes (user centered and iterative design). </div><div> 4. Familiar with objects of UX Research activities.</div><div> 5. Rapidly iterate through journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and a dynamic content strategy. </div><div> 6. Mentor and lead a design team in their personal and collaborative growth. </div><div> 7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.</div><div> 8. Experience in conducting Design Audits.</div><div> 9. Planning and Envisioning objects of UX Research activities.</div><div>10. Establish efficient processes that allow the team to deliver on multiple strategic initiatives in parallel.</div><div> 11. Participate in quarterly planning and an end-to-end design process. </div><div> 12. Manage design team on operational and innovation aspects.</div><div> 13. Prepare UX documentation to be used by the development team.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities-</strong></div><div> 1. Well-developed technical and creative skills. Knowledge of UI and UX design, prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent software. </div><div> 2. Knowledge of wireframe tools for 2D &amp; 3D. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized working experience, Time management. Familiar with 3D concepts, Basic skill of Unity 3D / Blender / 3DMax.</div><div> 3. Remarkable interpersonal and presentation skills. Knowledge of using MS Office 365 tools.</div><div> 4. Experience in developing interfaces for Physical consumer products is highly preferred.
