ABOUT OLIVEGROVE

Olivegrove Developments is a holistic real estate development company focused on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Our core is integrated township developments for premium homebuyers, complemented by standalone residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects and development-management (DM) mandates.
Our promoters bring deep roots in MMR real estate and a substantial land bank across the region. We are building a lean, senior team guided by five values — holistic thinking, truthfulness, empathy, audacity, and passion. Our promise is simple: grown, not built.

Role Summary
Olivegrove's digital voice. This person runs the company's digital marketing end to end — paid advertising, social media, content and video — and uses AI to produce more, faster, at a consistently premium standard. A hands-on creator and a sharp coordinator in one: makes content in-house, briefs and manages agencies and freelancers, and turns the Olivegrove brand into campaigns that build awareness and deliver qualified leads to Sales.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan, run and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and LinkedIn — budgets, audiences, creatives, A/B testing
– Own Olivegrove's social media presence — content calendar, publishing, community management and follower growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook
– Create content in-house — short-form video and reels, static creatives, carousels, copy and presentations — strictly within Olivegrove's brand guidelines
– Use AI tools to produce and scale video, imagery, copy, voice-overs and design; continuously test new tools and bring the useful ones into the team's workflow
– Brief, coordinate and manage external vendors — digital and creative agencies, video production houses, photographers, 3D/walkthrough studios and freelancers — for quality, timelines and cost
– Keep the website and landing pages current — content updates, basic SEO and lead-capture forms — working with the web developer
– Set up lead tracking and clean handover of leads to Sales/CRM; work with Sales to improve lead quality from every campaign
– Support project launches, events, site branding and PR with digital and print collateral
– Maintain a library of brand assets, templates and AI prompts so content stays consistent and repeatable
– Report monthly marketing MIS — spend, reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead and lead-to-site-visit conversion
KRAs — Key Result Areas
– Qualified leads generated vs target, and cost per qualified lead
– Paid campaign performance — CTR, conversion rate and return on ad spend vs benchmarks
– Social media growth — followers, engagement rate and reach on priority platforms
– Content delivered on calendar — posts, videos and campaigns (≥90% on time)
– AI-led productivity — share of content produced in-house with AI, and savings vs outsourced cost
– Vendor delivery — on time, on brief and within approved budget
– Total marketing spend within approved budget
Experience & Qualifications
– 4–7 years in marketing with a strong digital focus — paid media and social media management, agency or brand side
– Real estate marketing experience an advantage, but not essential
– Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media management tools
– Practical, hands-on use of AI tools for content — writing, image generation, AI video and voice-over — plus genuine enthusiasm to keep learning new ones
– Able to shoot and edit short-form video (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut); strong visual sense and sharp English copywriting (Hindi/Marathi an advantage)
– Experience briefing and managing creative agencies and freelancers
– Graduate in marketing, mass media or communications; PG/MBA in marketing or Google Ads/Meta certifications an advantage
– Curious, energetic and self-driven — comfortable building from scratch in a new, fast-growing company
