<h3>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned hiring bands and functions: create job briefs, source candidates, conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and close offers.</li>
<li>Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and passive outreach for technical and go-to-market roles.</li>
<li>Manage the ATS lifecycle create requisitions, update candidate status, ensure data accuracy, and deliver weekly hiring reports and funnel metrics.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, evaluate candidates using structured scorecards, and advise on market compensation and hiring timelines.</li>
<li>Improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency by standardising interview guides, implementing feedback loops, and running recruitment sprints for priority roles.</li>
<li>Represent the employer externally drive referral programs, campus engagement, and targeted sourcing campaigns to strengthen employer brand.</li>

<h3>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3>

<li>06 month- 1 year experience in full-cycle recruiting with demonstrable hiring outcomes, ideal for 2024-2025 batch.</li>
<li>Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean search techniques and hands-on experience managing an ATS and producing hiring metrics and reports.</li>
<li>Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for technical and commercial roles.</li>
<li>Skilled at candidate screening, structured interviewing, and offer management.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.</li>
