 About the Role
 We're&nbsp;looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to own backend architecture across our platform and consumer products. This is a role for someone ready to move beyond owning individual services and take ownership of systems, architecture, people, and technical decisions. You'll lead a team of 4–10 engineers while remaining deeply hands-on, and work directly with Product and founders to shape what we build and how we scale it. What You'll Solve &amp; Own
<ul>
<li>Build and scale backend systems handling billions of requests and events per day.</li>
<li>Design real-time or near-real-time pipelines for ads, clicks, conversions, offers, rewards, and analytics.</li>
<li>Solve complex problems around scale, performance, reliability and data consistency, across B2B and B2C products.</li>
<li>Own architectural decisions across services, databases, caching, queues, and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Build and evolve backend services using Go and Kubernetes.</li>
<li>
Lead a team of 4–10 engineers through technical direction, mentoring, and code reviews while staying hands-on.
</li>
<li>Drive engineering quality through code reviews, observability, CI/CD, and production ownership.</li>
<li>Identify and drive meaningful adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team.</li>

 What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>6–10 years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise.</li>
<li>Deep hands-on experience with Go/Golang; working knowledge of React.</li>
<li>Experience technically leading 4–10 engineers, while remaining hands-on.</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and scaling applications with significant traffic or user volume.</li>
<li>Strong system design fundamentals and experience with high-throughput, real-time, or event-driven systems.</li>
<li>Strong ownership, product thinking, and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.</li>
<li>Regular user of AI-assisted development tools.</li>
<li>Startup or fast-paced product-company experience preferred.</li>
</ul>
Good to Have
<ul>
<li>Ad-tech, programmatic advertising, app monetization, or rewards experience.</li>
<li>AWS/GCP, observability, and high-volume event/analytics systems.</li>
<li>Experience building both B2B platforms and B2C products.</li>
