About the Role&nbsp; We are looking for a Consultant to help us onboard Game publishers and grow strong relationships with gaming and non-gaming app publishers in the region. This role is a mix of publisher onboarding, relationship management, revenue growth, and cross-functional&nbsp; coordination, working closely with internal account management and product teams to deliver a seamless publisher experience.&nbsp;
 Key Responsibilities&nbsp; Publisher Partnerships &amp; Relationship Management&nbsp; ● Act as the primary point of contact for gaming and non-gaming app publishers in the&nbsp; region.&nbsp; ● Manage day-to-day communication with publishers, addressing queries, resolving&nbsp; issues, and ensuring smooth operations.&nbsp; ● Build long-term, trusted relationships with publishers to drive retention and growth.&nbsp;
 Onboarding &amp; Monetization&nbsp; ● Onboard new publishers across multiple company offerings and guide them through&nbsp; integration and setup.&nbsp; ● Educate publishers on product features, best practices, and optimization opportunities.&nbsp; ● Support publishers in maximizing monetization performance and overall value.&nbsp;
 Business Development &amp; Growth&nbsp; ● Identify, prospect, and onboard new publisher clients.&nbsp; ● Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of existing&nbsp; publisher accounts.&nbsp; ● Track publisher performance and proactively identify opportunities to increase business.&nbsp;
 Cross-functional Coordination&nbsp; ● Work closely with internal Account Management, Product, Tech, and Operations&nbsp; teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.&nbsp; ● Share publisher feedback with product teams to help enhance features, tools, and&nbsp; overall publisher experience.&nbsp; ● Coordinate issue resolution and product improvements to maintain high publisher&nbsp; satisfaction.&nbsp;
 Market &amp; Performance Insights&nbsp; ● Stay informed about market trends in gaming and non-gaming apps in the region.&nbsp; ● Monitor publisher KPIs and prepare regular performance updates.&nbsp; ● Contribute insights to improve partnership strategies and offerings.&nbsp;
 Required Qualifications&nbsp; ● 3+ years of experience in publisher partnerships, account management, ad tech, or&nbsp; mobile app ecosystems.&nbsp; ● Experience working with gaming and/or non-gaming app publishers.&nbsp; ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.&nbsp; ● Ability to manage multiple publishers and priorities simultaneously.&nbsp; ● Experience coordinating with cross-functional internal teams.&nbsp; ● Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.&nbsp; ● Proficiency in English (Native language fluency is required).&nbsp;
 Preferred Qualifications&nbsp; ● Prior experience in ad monetization, programmatic advertising, or mobile growth.&nbsp; ● Familiarity with SDK integrations, ad formats, or mediation platforms.&nbsp; ● Experience working with global or regional publishers.&nbsp;
