💼 About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional engineering, data, product, design, and technical talent. The ideal candidate has experience hiring for fast-paced product companies and understands how to identify top technical talent across India. Experience hiring across APAC markets is a strong advantage.
🛠️ Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, QA, Android, and related functions.

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and workforce plans.
</li>
<li>
Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, job boards, and networking channels.
</li>
<li>
Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating technical background, role fit, and motivation.
</li>
<li>
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
</li>
<li>
Drive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate interview processes and collaborate with interview panels for timely feedback.
</li>
<li>
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
</li>
<li>
Track hiring metrics, funnel conversion, and recruitment effectiveness.

Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
</li>
<li>
Proven experience hiring for technical roles in product companies, startups, SaaS, AdTech, FinTech, or similar environments.

<li>
Strong understanding of technical hiring across Engineering, Data, Product, QA, Design, and Infrastructure functions.
</li>
<li>
Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent databases.
</li>
<li>
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities.
</li>
<li>
Experience managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
