The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Additionally, they will play a key role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.</div><div><span style="color: var(--tw-prose-bold);">Responsibilities:</span></div><ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.</li><li>Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.</li><li>Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.</li><li>Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive experience.</li><li>Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.</li><li>Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.</li></ul><div><span style="color: var(--tw-prose-bold);">Requirements:</span></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Passion for talent acquisition and contributing to the success of the organization.</li></ul><div><br></div>
