 Role overview&nbsp; The Director, Portfolio Marketing (Solutions Marketing) is responsible for defining,&nbsp; positioning and driving the go-to-market strategy for the company’s technology and&nbsp; consulting solutions. This role develops compelling solution messaging, value propositions&nbsp; and portfolio strategies across areas such as Data &amp; AI, Cloud (Azure/AWS), CRM, Salesforce,&nbsp; Databricks, Application Engineering and Digital Transformation.&nbsp;
The ideal candidate will be working closely with leadership, sales, delivery, alliances and&nbsp; technology partners, the Director creates impactful sales enablement assets, including&nbsp; playbooks, battlecards and solution collateral. By leveraging market intelligence and&nbsp; customer insights, the role continuously enhances the solutions portfolio to strengthen&nbsp; competitive positioning, accelerate pipeline growth and drive revenue.&nbsp; Key responsibilities:&nbsp; Portfolio Strategy &nbsp; • Architect and evolve our solutions portfolio across Data, AI, Cloud, CRM and Digital&nbsp; Transformation. &nbsp;&nbsp; • Define the major market themes that connect customer problems to our&nbsp; capabilities. &nbsp;&nbsp; • Identify market opportunities and prioritize investments based on customer&nbsp; demand, competitive dynamics and delivery readiness. &nbsp;&nbsp; • Develop solution packaging that combines internal capabilities with strategic&nbsp; partner offerings. &nbsp;&nbsp; Positioning and Messaging &nbsp; You'll become the voice of the market inside the company. &nbsp; • Solution positioning &nbsp;&nbsp; • Messaging frameworks &nbsp;&nbsp; • Value propositions &nbsp;&nbsp; • Buyer narratives &nbsp;&nbsp; • Industry messaging &nbsp;&nbsp; • Competitive differentiation &nbsp;&nbsp; You'll partner closely with Delivery, Sales, Alliances and Customer Success to&nbsp; ensure every message is grounded in real customer outcomes. &nbsp; Go-to-Market Strategy &nbsp; Lead commercialization for new and existing solutions by: &nbsp; • Defining buyer personas and ICPs &nbsp;&nbsp; • Building launch strategies &nbsp;&nbsp; • Developing solution playbooks &nbsp;&nbsp; • Working with Demand Generation to bring launches to market &nbsp; Sales Enablement &nbsp; Build the assets that help sales win. &nbsp; Including: &nbsp; • Messaging guides &nbsp;&nbsp; • Battlecards &nbsp;&nbsp; • Competitive comparisons &nbsp;&nbsp; • Sales presentations &nbsp;&nbsp; • Playbooks &nbsp;&nbsp; • Demo narratives &nbsp;&nbsp; • Objection handling &nbsp;&nbsp; • Partner enablement materials &nbsp;&nbsp; Market Intelligence &nbsp; Become the expert on: &nbsp; • Enterprise buying trends &nbsp;&nbsp; • Customer needs &nbsp;&nbsp; • Competitor positioning &nbsp;&nbsp; • Partner ecosystem &nbsp;&nbsp; • Industry trends &nbsp;&nbsp; • Translate those insights into better solutions and better messaging. &nbsp; Required skills and competencies:&nbsp; • 15+ years of experience in B2B Solution Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, or Product&nbsp; Marketing. &nbsp; • Proven experience commercializing professional services and multi-service&nbsp; offerings. &nbsp; • Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains, including Data and AI,&nbsp; Cloud, CRM and Digital Transformation. &nbsp; • Demonstrated success in building revenue-generating go-to-market strategies. &nbsp; • Experience working with senior stakeholders, enterprise sales teams, solution&nbsp; architects and technology partners. &nbsp;
Must have skills:&nbsp; • Expertise in Solution Portfolio Strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) planning. &nbsp; • Strong positioning, messaging and value proposition development. &nbsp; • Deep knowledge of Data and AI, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Salesforce and Digital&nbsp; Transformation. &nbsp; • Sales enablement and commercialization experience for enterprise solutions. &nbsp; • Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management and strategic communication&nbsp; skills. &nbsp;
Good to have skills:&nbsp; • Experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or digital transformation&nbsp; organizations. &nbsp; • Knowledge of enterprise buying behavior and competitive market analysis. &nbsp; • Experience partnering with technology alliance ecosystems. &nbsp; • Familiarity with demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns. &nbsp; • Experience developing industry-specific solution narratives and messaging. &nbsp;
