Women Dotnet Returnship Program<br><br><div><strong>About the Company:</strong></div><div>Her Second Innings is a non-profit organization in the sector of non-profit organization management. Our mission is to empower women who are on a career break and offer them opportunities to re-enter the workforce.</div><br><br><div><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>- The Women Dotnet Returnship Program is exclusively designed for women who are currently on a career break.</div><div>- Selected candidates will undergo an 8-week training program focused on .NET application development in the Windows platform.</div><div>- Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will have the opportunity to join our returnship program and be placed in relevant job roles.</div><div>- The program aims to provide a supportive environment for women to refresh their skills, gain confidence, and re-establish their professional careers.</div><br><br><div><strong>Candidate Qualifications:</strong></div><div>- Candidates must have a minimum career break duration of 6 months to 3 years.</div><div>- Prior experience of at least 5 years in designing and developing applications in the Windows platform is required.</div><div>- Proficiency in .NET, C#, and WPF application development with strong design and extensive programming skills is essential.</div><div>- Good knowledge of OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) and design patterns is expected.</div><div>- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong team player attitude, are highly valued.</div><div>- Knowledge of industrial automation domain and communication protocols like Modbus, Modbus TCP, and similar protocols used in industrial automation is advantageous.</div><div>- Additional desirable skills include knowledge of WCF, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, and cybersecurity applications.</div><br><br><div><strong>Skills Required:</strong></div><ul><li>.NET</li><li>C#</li><li>WPF</li><li>OOAD</li><li>Communication Protocols</li></ul>
