<h3><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></h3><div>The Admin and HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and managing human resource activities to ensure smooth operations of the organization.</div><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><h4><strong>1. Human Resources:</strong></h4><ul><li>Recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including job postings, interviews, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll, contracts, etc.).</li><li>Design and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs.</li><li>Manage performance appraisal systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (EPF, ESI, etc.).</li></ul><h4><strong>2.
