<div><strong>QA QC Engineer (CIVIL)</strong> </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Salary: Negotiable (7L to 9L) </strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience: BE or Diploma Civil with 5 to 10 years’ experience.</strong></div><div><strong>Location - Virar </strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Description</strong></div><div>• Preparing Project Quality Plan (PQP) &amp; Inspection Testing Plan(ITP &amp; MTP)</div><div>• Perform all internal and external quality audits</div><div>• Manage non-conformance report (NCR) and implementation of preventive measures.</div><div>• Checking of the quality of material received at the site as per the required specifications &amp; quality norms to avoid use of substandard material</div><div>• Preparing method statement of all activity (RCC &amp; Finishing)</div><div>• Inspecting and checking the executed works to ensure the quality</div><div>• Doing Quality walk With PM.&amp; Site In-charge</div><div>• Lab testing equipment &amp; measurement tape calibration</div><div>• Acceptance of Manufacturer’s test certificate of bought out items and material like cement, steel, construction chemicals etc.</div><div>• Providing coordination of required quality control testing, reviewing results, and submitting to management timely</div><div>• Inspect the all incoming material at site in terms of quality of materials</div><div>• Doing inspection at site structure. Column slab Finishing work Like Flooring, Granite work, Tile work, AAC Block Work, Gypsum plaster, Waterproofing work etc.</div><div>• Arranging the Quality training to engineers, supervisors &amp; labor’s regarding quality issues</div><div>• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil &amp; Finishing work at all stages</div><div>• Ensuring the Block work In Bricks, Solid Block &amp; AAC Blocks AS per specification &amp; Methodology</div><div>• Carrying out all Laboratory tests &amp; finalize the mix designs as per IS Specifications</div><div>• Must have proven knowledge of all IS specifications and rules</div>
