Utilize inbound leads to build a steady sales pipeline.</div><div>Follow-up on Leads:</div><div>Efficiently follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels,</div><div>ensuring prompt engagement and qualification of prospects.</div><div>Sales Presentations &amp; Demo Calls:</div><div>Conduct product demos to showcase how our platform can solve client-specific</div><div>challenges in career services, upskilling, and placements.</div><div>Pipeline Management:</div><div>Track and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring clear documentation and</div><div>follow-ups across all stages of the sales process.</div><div>Negotiation &amp; Deal Closures:</div><div>Lead negotiations with prospects and close deals by demonstrating the value of our</div><div>platform and overcoming any client concerns.</div><div>Client Relationship Management:</div><div>Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring continuous</div><div>engagement, and exploring opportunities for upselling and long-term collaboration.</div><div>Collaboration:</div><div>Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in</div><div>sales strategies and customer onboarding.</div><div>Reporting &amp; KPIs:</div><div>Regularly report on key sales activities, deal progress, and performance metrics to sales</div><div>management.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></div><div>3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or related industries like EdTech,</div><div>HRTech, or career services.</div><div>Strong ability to generate leads, follow up on prospects, conduct demos, and close sales.</div><div>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</div><div>Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.</div><div>Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</div><div>Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.</div>
